Do you make the jewelry yourself?
Yes, absolutely. I assemble each piece of jewelry myself, and I personally select each component and pendant. Behind Venena Regalia is a real passionate person, not a factory.
What materials are used?
Each piece of jewelry is composed of three elements: the tunnels are made of gold-plated stainless steel, the clasps are made of high-quality gold filled — which guarantees optimal durability where friction is strongest — and the pendants are made of gold-plated metal. Everything is nickel-free.
How long does the gold plating last?
It depends on the component. Gold filled clasps are designed to last a lifetime with normal care. Stainless steel tunnels do not change over time. Gold-plated metal pendants last several years if you keep them away from water, perfumes, and lotions.
How do I choose my tunnel size?
Simply choose your usual size. If you are between two sizes, I advise you to take the slightly larger size for more comfort.
Up to what size do you offer tunnels?
Venena Regalia offers tunnels from 6mm to 38mm — one of the largest ranges available on the market for alternative style gold-plated tunnels.
Can your tunnels be worn daily?
Absolutely. Our tunnels weigh an average of 8 grams, which makes them extremely light and comfortable for daily wear without constraint.
What are the delivery times?
- France: between 3 and 5 business days
- Europe: between 7 and 16 business days
- United States: between 12 and 22 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Venena Regalia ships to France, Europe, the United States, and many other international countries.
Can I exchange or get a refund?
If you wish to return an item, please contact me by email explaining your situation. If the product is returned in perfect condition, a refund will be issued. Please note that we do not process exchanges, only refunds.
