Do you make the jewelry yourself?
Yes, absolutely. I assemble each piece of jewelry myself, and I personally select every component and every pendant. Behind Venena Regalia is a real passionate person, not a factory.
What materials are used?
Each piece of jewelry is composed of three elements: the tunnels are made of gold-plated stainless steel, the clasps are either gold-filled for gold items or 316L stainless steel for silver items.
The pendants are made of stainless steel, fine gold-plated, precious or semi-precious pearls, or gold-plated metal.
The Prestige collection combines genuine freshwater pearls, sterling silver, cubic zirconia, and precious and semi-precious stones.
How long does the gold plating last?
It depends on the component. Gold-filled clasps are designed to last a lifetime with normal care. Stainless steel tunnels do not change over time. Gold-plated metal pendants can last several years if you take care to keep them away from water, perfumes, and lotions. As for the Prestige collection, it's a piece of jewelry for life.
How to choose your tunnel size?
Simply choose your usual size. If you are between two sizes, I advise you to take the slightly larger size for more comfort.
Up to what size do you offer tunnels?
I offer tunnels from 6mm to 38mm—one of the largest ranges available on the market for feminine and elegant tunnels.
Can your tunnels be worn daily?
Absolutely. My tunnels weigh an average of 8 grams, making them extremely light and comfortable for everyday wear without constraint.
What are the delivery times?
Each order is shipped with a tracking number so you can track your package in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship to France, Europe, the United States, and many international countries.
Can I exchange or get a refund?
If you wish to return an item, please contact me by email explaining your situation. If the product is returned in perfect condition, a refund will be issued, excluding shipping costs. Please note that I do not offer exchanges, only refunds.
